This is a good value tub of vegan friendly maca capsules, they come in a good quality compact tub containing 120 capsules. I've found the capsules easy to take with a sip of water and they are Easy to swallow , two capsules after a meal is the recommended daily intake. I like that you get 2 months supply and they are easy to take.

Osavi 'Maca' contains 120 vegan capsules, providing 60 daily servings (i.e. two capsules per daily serving) of Maca (Lepidium meyenii) root 5:1 extract at the stated 1,000 mg dose, extracted "from 5,000 mg of mature maca root, wildly grown in Peru". The Maca plant is native to Peru; it is a cruciferous vegetable related to broccoli, kale, and cabage. Its tuber was traditionally used by Andean people as a food, and a medicine to treat respiratory conditions and rheumatic disease. Good quality and works well no after tast

The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. I appreciate the fact it is suitable for vegans with a vegetarian capsule. You are getting 120 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around 2 months. Pretty good value for money. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider for your energy health.
