Mixes quickly and easily and imparted no flavor that I could detect (I have a morning orange-flavored beverage). Not inexpensive, but if you're looking for an L-Carnitine souce with choline you already know these types of compounds don't come cheap. And this gives a pretty good dose of both (2g of the carnitine and 1g of the choline).

I've used PEScience before in the past and have really liked their products. The powder itself is fine and mixes well. I've been adding mine to a flavored drink and could tell much of a difference in taste. I love that this product is stimulant free and still aids in weight loss. I haven't noticed any significant change in energy or weight loss in the week and a half that I have been using it. I think this would take several weeks or even months to begin to take a lasting effect. A lot of carnitine powders can get up towards a dollar per serving. This is a great option at a great price. 5 Stars.

I have used the Alphamine pre workout product from PE science for years on and off, and they have this carnitine/choline combination as the base in that pre workout. Alphamine has a bitter taste to it no matter the flavor. TruCarnitine has a STRONG sour lemon flavor but I don't find it bitter at all. I have been drinking the TruCarnitine with regular water and I find it to taste like lemon water. It's definitely better with a few cubes of ice. I have had great results with fat loss from the carnitine/choline formula in combination with weightlifting and a calorie deficit. I like that you can add the TruCarnitine to the Alphamine, but according to their website, you should only do a half a scoop of the TruCarnitine if you are adding it to Alphamine since it already contains the Carnitine/ choline combo. Alphamine contains 125mg caffeine per serving and there is a warning against having it with any other caffeine, such as coffee or tea. I found that if I want to have the effects of Alphamine without sacrificing my daily coffee, I can have TruCarnitine as well as the High Volume pre-workout from PEscience. It will then give me the effects of the Alphamine without the caffeine.

This powder is super light and mixes readily in water with no taste. I take it in the morning with b vitamins for added energy before workouts or starting my day.

I'm an avid runner and work out a few times a week, so this supplement is up my alley. It mixes well with a drink, although it gives a little tangy or salty flavoring (hard to describe). The flavor is not overpowering at all. You can research the health benefits of this supplement, but I like it. It does seem to minimize muscle soreness after a long run.

This is now part of my pre-workout regimen. I mix this with my protein and I am good to go. So far, this mixes very well with whatever shake or workout beverage. Also, the taste masks well in whatever you mix it in, I think.
