I’m no protein expert. Bought as doctors advised increase of protein for wound healing post operation. Very sweet, but taste pretty good. Found they had to be really cold or I couldn’t get them down. Once chilled, these taste great. Satisfies the sweet craving after dinner too. Win- Win!

So I will start by saying I have tried a LOT of protein bars over the years, a crazy amount and Grenade have NAILED it... these are as close to a chocolate bar you are getting and to be honest I have swapped by chocolate fix with these. Ok so i tried over the years, copies of these.

Ok so i tried over the years, copies of these. I didnt get much in the way of results ie. more energy i could use. These however are great - not too strong so you can play with dosage, but within a day I was aware how to use best. I fast for weightlosss - its the only diet I can stick to, normally 16 hours. These however have allowed me to carry on and do a full 24 hour INCLUDING a heavy weight workout or cardio. IF you need a boost in clarity, and something that will blast you through that 3pm slump after lunch, these are it. They DO NOT contain the ephedrine like substance in the original, and thats GOOD for me as it makes me really tired all for 40 calories in the day, not worth it being a zombie. PRefer these over a pre workout that taste hurrendous first thing in the morning, no more glugging down weird cocktails, just pop these 30 mins before and off you go, no cracked out feelings either You sweat like crazy, empty your bowels quicker and have all day energy - JUST WHAT I WANTED. I dont need to tell you like people on here who go on about how you wont lose weight using them - you will if it makes you consistent - I can now train when i thought i was too tired and do jobs around the home i couldnt be bothered to before. So, buy them, basically, they do the job and then some.
