This product was produced in a facility that may also process ingredients containing milk, egg, soy, shellfish, fish, tree nuts, wheat and peanuts.RECOMMENDED USE: Take 4 capsules by mouth once daily with food. As a suggestion, you may take 2 capsules by mouth twice daily with food.
