I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow. You are getting 90 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one then they will last you around three months. Pretty good value for money at just a fiver. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up. Certainly one to consider - decent dosage, vegan and at a very reasonable price.

This is an excellent product. I take one tablet in the morning and one at night. It helps with my immunity. When I take selenium I can recover much more quickly from illness and in the dark months it brings my mood back. After 2 days of taking this product, my mood improved and my lingering cold is finally going. I am happy to recommend this brand. It works well and it does it quickly.

These are small capsules, which are easy to swallow. You take one a day, so the tub will last for 3 months; at the current price of �5.98, I think that is good value for Selenium as they tend to be a more expensive supplement. Selenium is one of the 7 supplements I take daily for my Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). Healing a fatty liver is very slow going, I had an issue with Paracetamol and Lansoprazole, cutting out the former completely and changing the latter to Omeprazole helped a lot but my levels were still way too high and refusing to budge anymore. NAFLD isn't treated on the NHS, they only monitor it with regular blood tests and scans when necessary. I got a book from MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP at the end of 2017 about how to heal a fatty liver and have been taking these supplements since the beginning of 2018 every day ever since then. I don't actually feel any better but my bloodwork has improved massively since taking them and my doctor has told me that it is working so to carry on doing what I'm doing.
