Since I started taking this, the rougher skin on my forehead has smoothed out and overall my complexion appears plumper. I enjoy adding this to my morning coffee. Definitely recommend as a form of anti-aging skincare.

The production of collagen significantly decreases in our early 20s until it stops and eventually we start losing collagen, so I find this is one of the most necessary supplements to take daily. This collagen powder has that typical rough collagen powder appearance but easily mixes in with water, the liquid is cloudy at first but then turns clear. This powder tastes pretty much like water, it doesn't have that weird (bony?) taste that most unflavoured collagen powders have. It also comes with a scoop so you can easily measure out the 1.5 scoop daily dosage. The ingredients are bioactive collagen peptides versus the typical marine or bovine collagen powder, so you don't need as much powder when it comes to volume, hence why it's only 2,5g per day, making this tub a 2 month supply and the price for that is really good. I take it primarily for skin, hair and joint health. Despite being 30 I still experience a lot of breakouts, collagen has not helped to keep my skin clear but it does help the skin heal much faster when I do get acne flare-ups. Not only that but the skin feels more plump and youthful. This collagen powder in particular has really helped with knee pain that I've had since my teen years, I can definitely notice a difference when I don't take any collagen and sometimes can't even get through intense workouts because of the pain. Anyway, just don't burp leather and get that taste in your mouth, this product is really worth it.
