I found these to aid my fat loss, but they work best with a healthy eating active life style. Few of the key ingredients...Bitter orange, Green tea, capsicum, black pepper and caffeine all help stimulate metabolic rate, meaning it'll increase calorie burning. Additional benefits are increased mental focus and helped reduce my feeling of tiredness after exercise. The capsules are a reasonable size, so had no issues swallowing them. Just make sure you take with adequate amount of water. You get 1 month supply when taking 4 capsules daily. I took 2 in the morning and 2 the afternoon. Tasted fine and had no adverse reactions.
Supplement support.
The great thing about a lot of weight loss pills are that they work great as focus/study pills too! In general, the main ingredient that promotes weight loss in these pills is caffeine... You can just drink coffee for that. I don't think any pills are worth buying to lose weight... Especially when they're £28 for 30 servings! However.... One pill 45 mins before you need to focus, and these work an absolute charm. Give you a nice boost and make you feel very alert and focused! I've been using these everyday and they've worked great! They're super easy to swallow, have no taste or smell, and the bottle is small so can be taken around with you. Overall, I'm very happy with these and would highly recommend!

Can't comment too much on the weight loss yet but taking 4 of these in the morning gives me a buzz and the focus I expect from weight loss tablets. These are similar to tablets I've had in the past and these have a good mix of weight loss supporting supplements, one of the main being caffeine. A months supply for £28 is about the price range I'd expect for weight loss tablets. Easy to swallow with no ill effects.
